A phone call was received by us from a distressed businessman late on a Sunday evening. He was at Heathrow Airport and was due to be flying to the USA in a few hours but had left his Laptop computer at his home in Hull which he needed for his visit. He didn’t have time to drive the 450 miles home and then back again before his flight left.

As we have drivers on 24hour call we despatched a small van immediately and collected the laptop from his home (helped by a neighbour) within 30mins of the phonecall. The laptop was then driven direct to Heathrow Airport where the customer met our driver around 4 hours after his initial phonecall to us.
